The staff were friendly and approachable, offering assistance when I needed help with the payment machines. I also loved that they have folding tables and seating areas where you can comfortably wait while your laundry is being washed or dried. One minor issue I ran into was that some of the dryers took a little longer than expected, but thankfully, it was a busy day and I could see that the staff was working hard to keep everything running smoothly.
